Kenneth Cole Unlisted (from amway global)
I have the same watch, with the same problem. After tinkering with the watch for about 2 hours now I have concluded that the only way I can help you is to give you these 2 options:
Gain 50 lbs, or send the piece of junk back.
You could also try cutting the connections with a thin hack saw, and then maybe welding the stupid thing back together, but I can't for the life of me figure out how they got the small pins into the holes.
I've been able to get one end of the latch off with a paperclip, but using a paperclip and a needle I haven't been able to get any of the other pins to do anything.

Take the watch to a reputable watch repair shop, many Sears stores have a watch repair center in them. Have them do the band adjustment! Its nearly impossible to push those pins out with a paperclip or needle.
I just shortened mine. use a small nail and hammer to push the pin out a little. the arrows tell which way the pin goes out. when you have it out a little bit use a vice grips to pull it out the rest of the way. I hope this helps.
