Kenwood kr-v6030 master volume wont go down
Volume on Kenwood kr-v6030 will not go all the way down. It will go higher - just will not turn all the way down. When you turn it all the way down it is still fairly loud. Used to be able to give the knob a good whack and it would go back to normal. I assume the switch is bad. Looks like it would be easiest to just replace the whole board. Cant figure out the part # tho. It has X14 G8 , HCS-40 94V-0 , Master VR and VR6 imprinted on board.
This isnt my main system, and would work fine for my needs, but obviously dont want to make a big investment to repair due to age. Where can I find a replacement part for kenwood kr-v6030 master volume board? Is there an easier fix or something Im overlooking?
