Keyboard working. Mouse not. New batteries, red
Keyboard working. Mouse not. New batteries, red light on, no cursor response, no click response. Receiver green lights on. Any ideas, please?

Sometimes you have to reset the mouse with the keyboard out of the aera / check the connection to the pc if the keyboard can be read and the mouse can't then the mouse has lost its transmitter
