Keyboard works but cannot dial
For some reason I cannot dial numbers anymore. I do not have fixed dialing on and I can make calls from my contacts. But I cannot dial a new number to make a call. What should I do?
Not sure if this is related, but I did notice an arrow on my screen located in the top right corner. The arrow is pointing upwards. Is this connecting to the dialing problem?

Do the buttons work at all? Try to remove the battery for a moment, and also a reset - master reset. covered on this page

I think key pad must be removed to clean contact surfaces.
Have a look at your manual at link below
