Keys must be pressed repeatedly, mouse is jerky, websites zoom max
My keyboard and mouse have worked flawlessly for about a year. Just this week the mouse started sticking and jerking, and I noticed sometimes I would have to hit a key twice to make it work. Sometimes, when I hit a letter a different letter shows up, like hitting an 'R' and an 'L" will appear. Or hitting a 'G' and it would do a backspace. When I tried to go online to see if I could figure out a solution, any webpage I try will automatically zoom in the maximum amount. I can zoom out again, but as soon as I take my finger off the button it zooms back in. Web surfing from that computer is now impossible. My mouse is unstable, hesitant and needs to be clicked repeatedly; the numbers pad on the keyboard is sometimes not responsive. I have had this keyboard and mouse for over a year but the problem began recently. Could it be a Vista glitch? I spoke with their Tech support and they referred me to Logitech. They say it is not a Vista issue.
