Just recently when I moved my Kicker iK501 into a different room, it wouldn't turn on. I checked the DC power cable, and it shows there is power coming through because there is a green light coming on the adapter (or charger) that plugs into an outlet. Whenever the device is on and working properly, there is a blue ring around the volume control knob. That light will not come on. I usually press the control knob to turn on the speakers, but this time they will not turn on. My concern is that something is wrong with the cable connecting the adapter to the Kicker iK501. Would this be the case? Or is there something else that could resolve this problem? I am not a knowledgable about tech, so I hope you could help me.
