Kids broke pull cord
It looks like access to housing of cord is rivited to body or should I take apart more of the housing to get to pull cord housing its a briggs and stratton 6.75 hp for an ariens "21" thanks

Remove the entire housing and do not drill the rivets unless you can replace them with the same size.
