Kitchen circut was accidently turned off. Now whirlpool gold disher will not work(unit was not running and the door was not closed all the way when circuit was turned off, All circuit breakers are on) There are no lights on display when door is closed completely, and it appears to have no power. Worked fine prior, what could it be? The unit has not been removed from under the counter yet. Is there a fuse or circuit breaker on the unit? If so where is it located? Other troubleshooting ideas

Hello- Turn power off. Remove kick panel and cover for power wires. Check connections. If these are ok, most likely suspect is a fuse at the control. This is a little harder to get to. Remove inside door panel screws. Unplug wires and remove panel. Fuse is mounted on edge of board. Check for continuity. Fuse is bad if open circuit. Fuse kit is about 15$. Let me know if this info helps- have more if needed- Thanks- ED
I lost all keypad power after retrieving a spoon from inside the unit, during a cycle. The keypad suddenly lost power JUST AFTER I closed the door. Common sense would tell me that something tripped. No breaker issue, all wires connected, no scorch marks anywhere...and no power. This response helped me enormously! With work as tight as it is, I don't have the $65- it would cost for a repairman to walk in the door...Thank you.I lost all keypad power after retrieving a spoon from inside the unit, during a cycle. You can put the unit into diagnostics (press the following keys in order within 6 seconds HEATED DRY, NORMAL, HEATED DRY, NORMAL all the lights will come on and it will start a diag cycle) and see if it recovers. If not, you are looking at a electronic control, and yes you CAN change the part yourself.
