After using cleaning oven feature the oven will not open. Oven was completely cooled before attempting to open door. Did try everything I could think of, including restarting cleaning feature, without any luck. I have resorted to opening oven latch with a knife. When I called Kitchenaid I was told I would probably have to have someone replace the "lock mechanism". Any advise??
