Kleenmaid CH600CE ceramic cooktop stopped working
I have a Kleenmaid CH600CE ceramic cooktop which stopped working suddenly. Fine one day and did not work the next. Power getting to the cooktop but nothing happening. Anybody know what the issue could as it seems strange that the unit worked fine yesterday and dead as a doornail today.

U sure power is getting to cooktop ?- chances of all burners not working and/or going bad at same time is ridiculous.
Get out your VOM and start tracing the voltages back to point of inception.
The first thing I did was to take the cover off where the mains power comes in. The batten holder lit up so there is power getting to the cooktop. I have not however unscrewed the much larger metal cover as that will get to the circuitry. I was kind of hoping to utilise specific knowledge for any problems associated with this cooktop before I ventured there.
Do you have any ideas about where to go from here? Thanks.
Like I said you need to trace the voltage from where it goes to the cook top and its travel to the burners via wiring, switches, etc. But since nada works what ever it is has to be something that all of the burners share in common such as a ground, power source, etc.
