I have read that this may be due to the order in how the AC adapter is attached to the sound bar. After some research I found that you need to unplug the AC adapter from the wall and the sound bar and let it sit for about 15min. Then flip the power switch "ON" on the sound bar and connect the AC adapter to the rear of the sound bar. Lastly, plug the adapter into the power outlet.
I kind of have the same problem. My sub is on but does not get any sound but my bar does not get any power or sound from the TV or plug. Can you help me.
