My Peugeot 207MPlay petrol recently blew a head gasket, I got this repaired and ever since then when accelerating in any gear, it creates a loud clicking Knocking noise. As soon as acceleration is released it stops. Ive had the space between the valve checked think thats what its called and thats fine, iv replaced all my spark plugs changed and taken it to a garage to be connected to a machine to see if that showed a fault and it came back all ok
