I just installed the printer disk. I followed the directions to a Tee. I can't get it to print at all. I checked the printerhead...as seems well there. Clicked when I installed it. Then I put the ink cartiridges in. All seems well there. I go to print and a screen shows up saying, "Printer not responding. I try to turn the printer off and it remains on. Now what?
