Report "KODAK P850 When I turn the camera on the LCD screen pops up the language settting and english is highlited.. None of the controls function it is like it is frozen. I move the dial to the off position it does not turn off, the only way to turn it off is to remove the battery, when i do that lens stays out. The camera is useless now.. I have to think it is a software issue. Does kodak repair cameras. I bought it in June OF 06 I am not ready to buy a new camera"
