I have a Kohler 11RMY LP Generator that either starts then stops before the engine reaches full 3600 RPM speed or sometimes it will start and run for a few to several hours and then stop. When it stops the LED 1 and LED 5 indicators on the control board light.
If I reset the operation Run/Off/Auto switch it clears the alarm and then it will attempt to run normally.
Oil is clean, full, plenty of fuel, I have the Owners Manual but ut doesn't refer to the LED indicators on the control board.
