KOn the ION EZ VHS 2 PC converter i get up to the part where i take the downloaded movie and try to burn it to a disk a message comes up and it says 'there is no media in the recording device. please insert media' what does that mean and how after that do i burn my movies?

What version of windows do you have?? Have you looked for updates? I have windows7 64 bit and downloaded the latest drivers. I'm finally able to capture movies however, I can't burn them to DVD I'm currently looking for software recommended on microsoft for doing this best of luck
