Konica Minolta Bizhub 600. Unable to send faxes. So called technician informs me that reason is that phone line being used goes through an an site exchange. ( We are British Embassy). 6 other fax machines all work on site, although they are all stand alone fax machines. Am being told that we must put in a dedicated line. Is this correct?
