Konica Minolta (bizhub283): 1st tray is not detecting and try light is working without blink. all the other trays and the bypass tray work fine
2nd tray is working properly. I have removed all the paper and tried to see if they system would recognize the empty tray it does not. anyone have any idea on how to do so?

Does the first tray display on the control panel or does the machine state that 1st draw is unavailable? Go to service mode and reset the first draw electrically.
