Konica Minolta C451 can only print one copy at a time when sent from a computer. All other printers do more copies. Any suggestions?
We have 2 Konica Minolta C451 that can only print 1 copy at a time. An example; I printed a document 10 times as a test and only 1 copy came out. I tested this on another computer on the network and it worked fine. This happens on both Konica Minolta C451 but not any other printer so there is nothing wrong with our network.
