Report "Kwikset smart code turns too far After I enter the code, the door unlocks, and then keeps trying and making clicking sounds. It tries to go 3 times as far as it should. When it locks, it does the exact same thing in the other direction. I can see the turnpiece vibrate as it happens. How do I stop this? I tried doing section 8 of the manual where you insert the battery while holding the lock button to let it figure out bolt direction. This did not help. The manual says this step will take approximately 20 seconds to finish, but it's much quicker than that. The lock did not do this when I installed it. It started about a year after installation. I'm not sure when it started exactly because I installed it for my son to use on a back door so he doesn't need a key. I never use this door myself"
