Kyocera fs-1920 paper jams when page is half way out of top , when you clear it the paper has some grooves in ? does not happen every time and when cleared it is ok again for 3-6 pages

On the menu buttons on the machine..change the paper exit to go out the back.. if this solves the problem.. you might be looking into replacing exit rollers or fuser
