La Pavoni Professional. The machine never stops heating
I cleant the presurestat and preasurestat-pipe from calcium. Still the machine does not cease to stop heating. So the preasure builds up to high and the preasure valve starts whisteling. My question is: What is the problem here? Do I have to change the savety thermostat? What else?

Hi there, the problem here is your pressure stat attached to copper pipe. Although you have descaled it the pressure stat is very hard to get scale out of once it is in there. The best thing to do is replace this part by going to www.theespressoshop.co.uk and clicking on the pavoni lever machine on the right hand side. - check the diaphragm of presurestat, it might be to old and non sensitive, measure the cirquit at presurestat. does he open the cirquit when it is at 1.5 bar pressure(you can test it with air, no need to be built in machine)
- if presurestat works properly than check the heating element, he can take phase directly and heat in conection with grownd if it is broken, than you cant stop it he heats to infinitive. in this case you replace the heating element.
as i said solution is either pressurestat or heating element.
