I restarted the modem then it resets and kept restarting thereafter. I was advised to reset through a small hole by the LAN port. I did and since then I could not get into the modem. Is only the the power light that is showing and occassionally all the lights will blink. Some sugested that the modem is burnt while someone feels is a firmware problem.

Could any one help me with an idea to fix it?
