The program communicates using NetBIOS over tcpip. windows 8.0 x64 installed using system recovery disks that came with computer. Vital Sound Labs (mfg of Lan Toucher) says that all looks good and it should be working. Other computers using Windows 8.0 work, so it's not the settings that I'm aware of. It's a tough problem, but have you heard of anything like this problem?
