Land Rover Disco II - Windshield Wiper loss
How do you check the fuse to tell if it is good or not. (The block type) My wipers were struggling for a long time, and I would have to go to the fastest speed just to get them to turn on; only then could I choose speed. Now they went out entirely and I can't get any spray or wiper action. Also, where is the best place to get an affordable manual ordered from? I'm in Oahu, HI, and don't have much option for repair, or help.

A lot of problems with slow wiper action can be traced to seizing of the pivot bushes at the base of the arms They are subject to water and loose the lubricating qualities if the phosphor bronze material. Try lifting the rubber boot an getting some wd40 /crc penetrant down while moving the arms. To test a fuse use a multi meter and check for continuity between the pins of the fuse . No continuity = blown fuse. Normally the washer motor is on a separate fuse as it requires a lot less current to work
