Landline phone isn't ringing when receiving calls. so I have missed lots of calls. I am able to ring out on the phone. I have phoned BT and the automated service said there isn't a fault on the line. I have also changed the phones but the new one still isn't ringing out

If it's a Panasonic, go to Handset Setup - ringer setup - night mode - ensure it is off - because this is one way of having a good night's sleep!
