Hard drive has failed, bios is drained or boot order was changed. When you start it there should be a message that says to press a certain key to enter setup, press that key and then look for the date and time, if it is good look for hard drive info. If it is not there then the drive is bad

Try resetting the BIOS to defaults by following the below steps and check if that helps:
(1)Restart the computer.
(2)Keep tapping F2 key at the Dell logo.
(3)Now reset BIOS to default. Let us know how it goes.
