Last time I used my minn-Kota 36# thrust Auto pilot, it suddenly would not rotate clockwise...would go counterclockwise until it wrapped the power cord up...everything else works. The battery was getting a little low at the time. haven't had it on the lake since, any ideas? T. Martin

Dismantle and clean the foot peddle, grease all moving parts. this might help, I did this and it solved the problem. things just were not sliding easily enough inside to do there job.
