Lawn mower will not start. It began to run rough and acting like it was going to stall. Then it came to the point where when you pulled the cord it would start then immediately stall. Now it will not start at all

It likely needs a carb rebuild. Be sure to check your tank for water in the fuel as well.
BTW lawn boy carbs appear to be the simplest carb ever but are very touchy ( especially with leaking inlet needles) so dont underestimate them and you will be fine.
