Report "Lcd problems hi. i purchased a Lenovo y-300 about 4 months ago and am now experiencing a problem with the unit. of course, i would bring it to the repair center. however, i would just like to ask if any of you have knowledge or experienced the same problem. here is the problem: whenever the unit is run without the battery pack, the lcd screen turns black. (i'm thinking it's probably a backlight problem?). besides this problem, all are working perfectly. (the regular boot, os....etc)....just a problem with the lcd. on another occasion, with the unit turned on, and the battery pack installed but not in full power, when plugged and charging, the lcd again turns black. if ever i remove the charger (assuming unit is running and battery pack installed but not in full power), the lcd again returns to normal. can anybody please tell me what this problem is? thank you very much!"
