My hoover steamvac (model f7220900) is leaking from the bottom of the unit. I have checked the rubber connections between the water/detergent reserve tank and they seem to be okay, but when I turn the machine on, water and detergent begin coming out of the bottom of the unit. I have started removing screws to open up the base, but can't seem to figure out how to pull it apart correctly.
