I have a Blanco Eye tap which is leaking from the pivotal point. I phoned Blanco who told me I needed new O rings. When these arrived, I removed the spout, finding the existing O rings in good condition, but changed them anyway. It's still leaking, and Blanco say they don't know why. The tap is two years old. Any suggestions please?
