Leaking pressure release tap at LHS base of La PAvoni

Tap relases pressure from the glass column showing pressure into the waste container via a soft teflon tube. The tap is dripping rather ominously and needs replacing but I have no manual or idea what the part is called or its ID number. Many dedicated coffee drinkers of taste and discernment would be grateful if you could help.
