LED driver board show very low voltage with the LED strips disconnected? Any easy way to test LED strips?
Flashlight test shows picture. Power supply/LED driver board had 4 blown capacitors. Power supply/LED driver board shows only 1 volt on one side and 3 volts on other side with LED strips disconnected. Replaced main board and power supply/LED driver board with new unused parts from reclaimed TV. Same thing sound with no picture, cannot get out of setup because cannot see picture well enough. Tested new power supply / LED driver board and it shows same 1 volt and 3 volt with LED strips connected or disconnected.

Likely the diodes are also blown, and are what caused the capacitors to blow.
Bad diodes will NEVER cause a capacitor to blow, absolutely NEVER
