To start open the door at the bottom of the control panel and remove the 9V battery. Eventually replace it with a fresh batttery to reset the control board.
If that does not fix the problem the control assembly should be replaced, this is sold as a single part and is normally considered not serviceable at component level.
I forgot to mention that the parts for your model can be purchased here. They do not sell the single replacement board, or LCD display for example , and for that reason the part is difficult ro fix. Give them a call , either to purchase a replacement console , or to send the one that you already have for repairs.
Let me now how it goes.
Do not forget to leave feedback at the end.
Thanks

disconnect for a while the panel from any battery connections for an hour. also better check battery terminal for any dirt or corrosion due to some leak on the battery liquid.

Check the Life Fitness treadmill for the following:- Make sure there is proper power to the Life Fitness treadmill and that it is plugged into a dedicated 15-amp circuit.
- Check the stop switch for proper operation.
- Check to see if the ground plug is broken off the power cord.
