Report "Lift chair was discovered in full recline position upon returning home. We believe somehow the controller was accidentally caught between the cushions and forced the chair to recline. We were able to raise it up to seating position and higher but will not go down. Thought it was a bad controller so ordered new but it does not recline either. All other features (heat, massage, lift) work fine. Could there be some sort of motor reset needed?"
