light. The fan works perfectly however, the light after a moment or two will start to pulse (dim) then return to normal. The pulse frequency seems to be related to the setting of the light intensity. For instance the pulse is slower at a dimmer setting. I checked every connection and if system is wired in accordance with your wiring diagram, it is. I even changed the light bulbs thinking they may not be compatable per the instructions, didn't help. Any help would be appriciated. Thanks, Darcy
Don't spend a lot of time over-analyzing the wiring. If there was a major issue there, you wouldn't see the operation that you're seeing. The only trouble-shooting step that I'm curious about... when you say the fan works, are you SURE that you're using the button that corresponds to the fan (has the little picture of a ceiling fan on it) - I'm not 100% on this, but if you swapped those two wires in the ceiling fan (the one powering the fan and the one powering the light), the lights should dim and the fan should change speeds... but you should probably see funky stuff similar to what you're seeing.
That's just one quick & easy troubleshooting step, because if that's not the issue, don't waste any more time looking at the wiring. Call their tech support number 1-800-523-9466 (available 24/7) and maybe they've heard of this and can help you sort it out.
