I have looked into this for the last 45-60 minutes and am very frustrated because I could not locate an owner's manual for this fan. Sooooo, here is my suggestion. If you have a slide switch on the wall, the reverse switch for the fan is mounted on the fan motor, at least in most fans I have worked on. That would be a slide switch on the outside of the motor housing, easily(?) accessible from the outside without taking the fan apart. You should be able to reverse the direction of the fan by switching the position of this switch. I am going to continue looking for information on this, but as I said, I am a bit frustrated with it. However, I DO want to provide you with an answer I am sure of. Paul
After spending well in excess of an hour trying to help you solve the problem and still willing to go forward with my efforts, your response is very disappointing. Have a nice day. After spending well in excess of an hour trying to help you solve the problem and still willing to go forward with my efforts, your response is very disappointing. Have a nice day.
Can't visualize it for some reason. The unit I have at home changes direction by pressing both the light switch and the fan switch at the same time. Is that a possibility for your controller? Can't visualize it for some reason. The unit I have at home changes direction by pressing both the light switch and the fan switch at the same time.
