Lights won't turn off - everything else works fine
Lightblub blew out and now lights will not turn off - even after replacing blown lightbulb. Only way to turn off lights is to now unplug the entire unit. Fan seems to work fine.

I have a NuTone Allure WS2 range hood. The fan works fine, so does the control board seem ok, but the lights work only intermittently. NuTone tech support said to replace the control board, which I suspect is its kneejerk response. The board costs almost $200--and for two lights???
My problem is similar to the one whose lights work, fan doesn't, but I have a feeling my problem is different.I hope simpler.
