Have you pressed the reset button .Also make sure the scooter is in drive before turning on the ignition. Another thing could be badly worn brushes on the motor or even a plug connector not fully home. The most common is not fully charged batteries. IF IT IS NONE OF THESE GET BACK TO ME PLEASE. steve.
