Line continues to advance and wrap around axle
Recently, my Worx grass trimmer is not operating. The line continues to advance and gets wrapped around the rotating axle and becomes tangled. I've tried to re-wind the line but nothing seems to work. The unit will not work in its current condition. Can you help?

I used a file to sharpen the line cutter which controls the amount of line. After sharpening the small cutter on the trimmer, the length of the line is now under control and now my trimmer works just fine.
