Linksys Wireless-G 2.4Ghz Broadband Router Problem
I have a Linksys Wireless-G 2.4Ghz Broadband Router. The Problem is that I cant access the internet via the wireless router. I can get a signal between my laptop and the router i.e the laptop finds the wireless network, but it will not allow me to gain access to the internet. The router is connected to my cable modem via an ethernet connection, though if I connect the laptop directly to the modem I do this via USB. Does anyone know if this is a common problem or if it may be a problem that I will have to contact my ISP about?? Any tips? I would be very grateful!!! My laptop was connect to my wireless-g but now it's not and I cannot get the internet pleae help

You should connect modem and router by lancabel and u configure modem auto connect.
You have to check if your computer can connect to the modem with an Ethernet cable. This will tell you if the ethernet port on the modem is working. if that does not work call your cable provider.
Next thing after you get the instructions above done.
Press the reset button on the back of the router> press it in for 30 seconds then let go and pull out the power. Connect the router up the way it should be before you reset by the way. check if you have internet if you do not follow hte directions at teh link below.
