Hi, We bought my son a brand new Polar Express G scale for Christmas and it is not moving! When we first set it up, the remote started to control another remote control car. We removed all other remote -controlled toys. The remote now turns the train on and it makes all the sounds, but doesn't move forward. The red light blinks, which the manual says may indicate it needs engine repair-but it is brand new. My son is so upset,,,please help! Thank you All, Merry Christmas! Kristal
