Lkd-24d error for starplus sts
My vodavi phone system is not working for 3 days. The display shows:
LKD-24D V0.6H
SCOUT-DX V1.1 OK SYNC
I called a repair man had he is trying to come to look at it but there is no dial tone. The main unit has a couple of red lights with a clicking sound in the middle of the unit. Any suggestions would be appreciated

The technician had to remove the memory module as the board tried to reset itself but the memory module was corrupted and would not allow the board to reset itself. The phone were reprogrammed and are working.
Was this something you could do yourself? Where did you get the memory module?
