Lmv240he & lav181cnw
2 units in house I just purchased. Both are LG make. One is designed to cool 2 rooms, the home inspector called it a 2 ton unit "lmv240he". the The second unit was called a 1.5 ton unit and cools a single room "lav181cnw". Both are without the hand held controller and instruction manual. HELP... where can I get information and parts to get these units working both flash and error code when power is turned on.

I searched the website but could not locate the literature for that particular unit. I recommend you contact the manufacturer's technical support department. They should be able to email you the manual and direct you how to obtain replacement remote controllers.
