Hard Drive enclosure works fine on XP pro. However I get a USB not recognized error when I plug into Windows 7 Laptop. I have reformatted the drive on Xp system. I connect the external drive into laptop with windows 7 THE HD Connects I have reformatted the hard drive on Windows7 and preformed a back up to the drive. After Reboot USB not recognized error again. What is the deal? If I connect the external drive back on XP System I am able to access all the files. Please advise
