First loaded OK. Found some names missing. Added them but on Descendant Chart these names appeared twice and impossible to remove one of them. Also some tabs on People Workspace overlapped and unreadable. Thought solution would be to restore computer to last restore point. On second loading, halfway through the procedure this Error Message came up: C:\PROGRO~2\{3F06E~1\Family Tree Maker-File\198554BF\7F7C7A4\msvcr100.dll Verify that the file exists and that you can access it. Tried again and reloaded but same message appeared. I hope you can advise what to do to correct matters. Many thanks
