What country, lights vary by, you guessed it country some of these have no relay at all. if in canada, they have DRL, got DRL? that be #1 fact !!! answering for NO DRL , i am. DRL means Daylight running lamps (on all the time ,by law)
both dead,? and on low and high beams?, and dead when using the FLASH feature?, not posting these facts, makes diagnosis hard and lots of wasted tests and labor. if high beam works, its NOT the relay. if only Flash works, that mode bypasses the relay and is key to the solution.
did you check fuses first? the metro is swift , mostly lets look it up, in the FSM. G13 both lamps dead? Suzuki uses hot all time headlights, via fuses. 12vdc hot . then the combo switch grounds them i posted the schematic many times here. so will do that again. here is the USA drawing, off a 97 swift ,(no DRL) i do have both drawings. location is the most hard thing to answer on all cars. the answer is usually , the fuse box. did you look? warning , i see team swift guys dont know about the way the combo switch actually works. inside. see the 3 grounds used? try try to hack the system not understanding these 3 grounds. and failed. for sure using a $10 volt meter, we can fix any metro. the hard thing to find is a full diagram of the cab fuse box. the operators guide, shows. only fuse locations. not relay that means only the FSM cover these facts. SF413.
did you look here first under hood? its clearly marked, are those not the major relays, there.
