Locked mailbox. Contact admin. I've used feature 983 but the passwords 1020000,120000,10020000 won't work. I am prompted for 'log'. If I just bypass 'log' by pressing OK, it takes me to password and it won't seem to take any of the above. If I put the above passwords in for 'log' it still says invalid password. Thanks

Try this: "Feature" 983, Enter 120000 or the system coordinator password, press "ok", press "mbx", press "chng", then enter the mail box number, press "reset", then release. The mail box password should default to "oooo"
