My son received this as a gift from his grandma. As we were taking the parts out of the package to set it up we noticed that part "E" had damage. The silver track set in the plastic was bent up and kind of crumpled in a section. I think it must have come loose as it is not smooth like the rest of the silver in that piece is. I would return this but grandma did not keep the receipt. This item appears to be from Toysrus.
